1. Do you offer returns?
  • We want you to love your ENDAs as much as we do. That's why we offer a 30 day risk-free period to love your ENDAs. If you need to make a return or exchange, contact us at support@enda.com.au.
2. What is your 30-day risk free trial?
  • Our 30-day trial is our guarantee. If you don't love your purchase, we are here to help. If you have found an issue with the sock or its fit, contact our support team and depending on the issue, we can send a different size or refund.
  • Our one condition with the 30-day trial is that it can only be applied once per product. If you order more than one kind of product, the trial applies to each product type. In most cases for refunds, socks must be unworn and returned first before being eligible for a refund. Get in touch with our support team via email (support@enda.com.au) to get started. 
3. Can I return unused items?
  • Eligible items must be returned in as-new condition with tags within 30 days of purchase. Get in touch with our support team and we'll help you from there.
4. Can I exchange my items?
  • Whether it's the wrong size, fit or colour, our 30-day trial covers this. See point #2 for more information. If it's been more than 30 days, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

5. What should I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?

  • Faulty and incorrect items within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund.
  • If it’s after 30 days we’d still like to help, so please email us at support@enda.com.au for a chat.
  • Products eligible for a refund or replacement are items with a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or the incorrect product has been received.

6. How do I return my package?

  • To return an item, please contact our support team (support@enda.com.au) with your order number and reason for return to get started.
