Issue with sizing?

If your socks are slipping, are too tight or bunch up, chances are you need a different size.
- Both worn & unworn socks are eligible for exchange.
- Our sizes for each product are based off customer feedback and extensive testing.
- Sizes are listed according to shoe size, however it is not an exact science, as shoe brands can vary in sizing.
- We find EU the most accurate, across most brands.
- For wide feet: add +1 US/EU size to your selection, as a broader foot will stretch the sock more for a given size.

1. Do you offer returns, refunds and exchanges?
- We call it Only ENDA for a reason, and want you to love your ENDAs.
- That's why we offer a 30 day risk-free trial

2. What is your 30-day risk free trial?
- Our 30-day trial is our guarantee. If you don't love your purchase, we are here to help. Whether it's an issue with size/fit, or if it's just not for you, we accept returns for both worn and unworn socks.
- Get in touch with our team (support@enda.com.au) to get started.
- For refunds, only returned products (worn and unworn) are eligible for an exchange or refund.
3. What can I return?
- You can return both worn and unworn products for exchange or refund.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- If you've experienced an issue beyond 30 days, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
4. Can I exchange my items?
- Whether it's the wrong size, fit or it's just not for you, our 30-day trial covers this. See point #2 for more information.
- There is no return fee for exchanges.
- If you're unsure about what to exchange, our support team can help you with suggestions, based on your feedback.
5. Can I get a full refund?
- We accept returns of both worn and unworn socks for a refund.
- If returned items are worn, there is a return fee of $6.95.
- While most underwear/sock brands won't accept returns of worn items, our small return fee allows us to assist customers who have made large orders.

There is no return fee if:
- All products are unworn and in their original packaging
- You request a store credit (+$10 bonus)
- Request an exchange, which you can also return for a refund, if the alternative is not suitable.
6. What should I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send out a replacement order.
- If it is our mistake, we will ship your replacement immediately.
- If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will organise an exchange after we have received your return.

Faulty and damaged products are replaced immediately, under warranty:
- 3-month warranty for Essentials
- 6-month warranty for Athletic
- In repeated cases of damage or excess wear, our support team may offer an alternative product.

7. How do I return my order?
- To start a return, please contact our support team (support@enda.com.au) with your order number and reason for return and we'll help you from there.
