Returns and Exchanges

1. Do you offer returns, refunds and exchanges?
  • We want you to love your ENDAs as much as we do. That's why we offer a 30 day risk-free period to love your ENDAs. If you need to make a return or exchange, contact us at support@enda.com.au.
2. What is your 30-day risk free trial?
  • Our 30-day trial is our guarantee. If you don't love your purchase, we are here to help. If you have an issue with our product, its size/fit, or if it's just not for you, we can arrange a return.
  • Get in touch with our support team via email (support@enda.com.au) to get started.
  • In all cases of returns, only returned products (worn and unworn) are eligible for an exchange or refund.
3. What can I return?
  • You can return both worn and unworn products so long as we're notified within 30 days of receiving your order. Get in touch and our support team will help you from there.
  • If you've experienced an issue beyond 30 days, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

4. Can I exchange my items?

  • Whether it's the wrong size, fit or it's just not for you, our 30-day trial covers this. See point #2 for more information. 

5. Can I get a full refund?

  • If your order includes free shipping, a full refund is available.
  • For orders with a shipping fee, the available refund is for all returned products minus any shipping fees. If you request a store credit, we can reimburse the shipping fee.

    6. What should I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?

    • Incorrect items received are eligible for replacement, store credit or refund if our support team is contacted within 30 days of receipt.
    • Faulty and damaged products are replaced with a 3-month warranty on all products. For repeat cases of damage, our support team may offer an alternative product.
    • If you have experienced an issue after 3 months we’d still like to help, so please email us at support@enda.com.au for a chat.

    7. How do I return my order?

    • To start a return, please contact our support team (support@enda.com.au) with your order number and reason for return and we'll help you from there.
