1. What sizes do they come in?

  • Our sock sizes are unisex, so technically anyone can wear them! 
  • Our sizes will fit most men’s and women's shoe sizes.

2. Can I create custom packs?

  • We offer a variety of pre-arranged multipacks in most styles we offer, but we unfortunately can’t accommodate custom pack requests. The reason that we're able to offer our pre-arranged packs at a price break is because of the way our packs are manufactured and stored. We're then able to pass on these savings to you.

3. What forms or payment are accepted?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. Use whichever method you're most comfortable with. Once you receive your socks, you'll realise we think a lot about your comfort.

4. When will my order ship?

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you would like to change or cancel your order, get in touch with us before your order is shipped.
  • If you contact us through social media or email us at support@enda.com.au, we'll do our best to help.

6. How do I track my order?

  • A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email you provide, with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. 

7. Do you ship internationally?

  • We offer express shipping for all international orders, which is free on any order over $110AUD.
  • There are some countries we cannot ship to at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience.
  • Any duties that your country places on goods shipped from Australia are not covered in the purchase or shipping price and must be taken care of directly with your local customs office.
